SMITY WIZARDS

Tony Rizzo was a legendary freshwater fishing guide from Star Lake, Wisconsin, and a member of the Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame. He owned the Silver Musky Resort and spent over 60 years guiding in the Northwoods, boating more than 4,000 muskies and catching numerous line class record fish. Rizzo was also a prolific writer, publishing eight books and hundreds of articles, and he developed several musky baits, most notably the Rizzo Wiz.

He passed away in September 2018. In December 2019, Russ and Jake Smith acquired the Rizzo Wiz bait and its original components from the Rizzo family. Today, the Smiths continue Rizzo's legacy by producing Smity Wizard baits using those original parts, honoring the contributions of a true musky fishing icon.
